Reiki classes from level 1 through Mastery are scheduled periodically throughout the year, usually over a weekend from 10 AM – 5 PM. Classes are taught in the classic Usui tradition. Small class size allows for individual attention, hands-on practice and an opportunity to integrate the information and ask questions. I emphasize learning to recognize the individual way in which you perceive energy and to rely on your own intuitive guidance within the frameworks of this classic system. Free Energy Medicine Clinic

A free energy medicine clinic is offered on the 3rd Monday of each month from 2:00-4:00 PM in Suite 211 of the Glass Building. If you are curious about energy medicine, including Reiki, you can sample a 15-20 minute treatment given by any number of practitioners. You don’t need to make an appointment in advance, just come to the clinic that day and register.

After completion of Reiki Level 2 with Helene, I am so grateful to be able to use the loving Reiki energy in expanded ways. Our class was relaxing and enjoyable, yet at the same time instructional and deeply connecting to the Universal Energy.
