I have had the opportunity to experience many facets of Helene’s healing work. Hypnotherapy, Dream Healing, Reiki and MARI/Tarot card readings have independently proved to have a consistent result. I leave each session feeling calmer, grounded, focused and peaceful. My mental clarity is always improved. Helene has been blessed with the gifts of “hearing” and interpretation. I can’t recommend her work highly enough and refer my own clients to her as often as possible.

In the first hypnosis session I experienced the deepest relaxation ever. I can’t thank you enough for helping me improve my eating habits and increase my physical activity. On a daily basis I run “the tape” that I created during hypnosis of a healthier, more energetic, flexible and stronger me and my life has improved a good deal as a result.

I had never done a dream ceremony before, but I felt a high level of trust that it would be useful in my life and a positive experience. Helene made it possible for it to be both. I have been going through a tough time with a serious illness in the family. Helene, my office suitemate, suggested a Dream Helper Ceremony. I am a private person and quite introverted when it comes to my inner work, but I knew Helene’s work and I trust her, so I said yes. We invited our other suitemates, set a date and we were on our way. Prior to the ceremony I could feel a shift within me. I also felt a much stronger connection the people who were going to be part of the circle.

The actual ceremony was amazing. I felt supported, empowered, and honored. There was a recognition that I believe we all realized: that although the personalities may play out differently, we are all one. We are connected in ways far beyond the conscious mind.

I feel this experience helped give me strength and harmony for the difficulties I am facing. I feel that it was transformative. I am certain I will continue to reap the benefits. I highly recommend the ceremony for anyone who needs support or is in any kind of transitional phase. The collective work is very powerful.

Helene’s work helped me come to resolution and peace after the death of a member of my close family. She was able to communicate with him and convey to me his happiness and wholeness as well as his messages to me. Helene gave me messages only he and I understood, things that assured me she was really in touch with him. I have lost many members of my family and the grieving process has always been somewhat difficult at best and confusing, requiring a journey through some level of guilt and other concerns. The messages Helene brought me, her communication with him, have eased my mind and my heart and allowed me to move forward with a level of peace I have never before experienced.

After completion of Reiki Level 2 with Helene, I am so grateful to be able to use the loving Reiki energy in expanded ways. Our class was relaxing and enjoyable, yet at the same time instructional and deeply connecting to the Universal Energy.
